What do I do if my device is not functioning correctly?

If you are having issues with your device please check LibAnswers for the solution. If a solution cannot be found in LibAnswers, please bring the device to the LibIT Helpdesk and we will make every attempt to rectify the issue.

If the issue if hardware related, we have an Authorized Apple Repairer visit the college twice a week who can make any hardware repairs that are required.
